I’ve never seen one myself, but my grampie said there was a bar in one of the cities he went to in the USA with a big sign like this.

My mom said that when she and my dad would travel through Nevada (specifically central and western Nevada), there would be places like this. They wouldn’t be allowed to stay in hotels, eat in certain places, etc. And this was in the early 90s.
